Welcome to Angel Hands Physical Therapy LLC. My name is Danielle Jacobson, the owner and sole practitioner. I have been a physical therapist for over 30 years. My career began in 1992 with Sarasota Memorial Hospital working in Acute General Surgical, Cardiac and Long-Term Rehabilitation.
From 1994 to 2014, I have worked in several outpatient orthopedic, chiropractic, and podiatrists clinics. I believe in consistent learning and utilizing the latest techniques to provide patients with relief and freedom from injury. Continuous education and diverse work experience has helped me in implementing dynamic techniques .
I started Angel Hands Physical Therapy in 2015 with a mission to deliver a higher level of care in a quiet and relaxing environment. My clinic offers one-on-one treatment without the use of aides or students. You'll have the full attention of a licensed physical therapist without any distraction.
It's very important that your therapist is able to focus all their attention on one patient and fully understand their condition and limitations. Expect a faster and more effective recovery. My treatment model, experience, dedication, and passion will deliver exceptional one-on one-quality care.
